Deletion of user data

In accordance with GDPR (Article 17 - Right to Erasure), users of the Burgerheim app have the opportunity to request the deletion of their user data at any time. The request will be processed no later than within 4 weeks.

Upon request for deletion, all order history, loyalty data, and customer data associated with Burgerheim will be deleted.

Procedure:

  1. Navigate to your profile
  2. Click on the link to 'Delete User'
  3. Click on 'Request Deletion'
